Off-Ice Training

Between the Pipes is excited to offer full off-ice training programs now available for sale. These programs are tailored to the phase of training the athlete is in whether it's off-season, pre-season, or in-season. All programs will have different variations based on the age of the athlete. Pick the program you want to focus on whether it be lifting, speed, or a combo of both, fill out the necessary info and we will send you the program that best fits your age and needs!

4 Week Offseason Lifting

Includes:

  • Hockey specific training
  • 4 Weeks of 3 workouts a week
  • 3 days of lifting personalized by age
  • 2 days of optional conditioning
  • Video Tutorials
  • Detailed Overviews
  • Specific focuses


What you need to complete the program:

  • Access to a gym
  • Extra gear such as big resistance bands and mini resistance bands (All found on our Amazon storefront)
  • A willingness to get better!

4 Week Offseason Speed & Agility

Includes:

  • Hockey specific training
  • 4 Weeks of 3 workouts a week
  • All 3 days will be speed focused
  • Focuses are linear speed, lateral speed, quickness, change of direction, & power
  • 2 days of optional conditioning
  • Video Tutorials
  • Detailed Overviews


What you need to complete the program:

  • An open field or backyard
  • Extra gear such as agility ladder and hurdles (All found on our Amazon storefront)
  • A willingness to get better!

4 Week Combo Lifting/Speed

Includes:

  • Hockey specific training
  • 4 Weeks of 5 workouts a week
  • 3 days of lifting personalized by age
  • 2 days of speed training
  • 2 days of optional conditioning
  • Video Tutorials
  • Detailed Overviews
  • Specific focuses


What you need to complete the program:

  • Access to a gym
  • Extra gear such as bands, agility ladder, and hurdles (All found on our Amazon storefront)
  • A willingness to get better!

Conditioning Program

Includes:

  • Different conditioning workouts for all ages
  • Includes different workout ideas for different cardio machines
  • Treadmill workouts
  • Spin Bike workouts
  • Rower workouts
  • Airbike workouts
  • Detailed overviews


What you need to complete the program:

  • Access to a treadmill, spin bike, air bike, and/or rowing machine.
  • A willingness to get better!

Stretching/Mobility

Includes:

  • Hockey-specific stretching/mobility
  • 10-15 different mini-mobility sessions
  • Different focuses
  • Made not to take a while but be effective
  • Video Tutorials
  • Detailed Overviews


What you need to complete the program:

  • An open area to effectively stretch!
  • A willingness to get better!

Proper Off-Ice Warmup

Includes:

  • Teaches athletes how to warm up for practices or games properly!
  • Dynamic stretching
  • Active stretching
  • Detailed overviews
  • Video Tutorials
  • A plan to effectively warm up for the best performance!


What you need to complete the program:

  • An open area to stretch and warm up!
  • A willingness to get better!
